How it works

  1. Brief or sketch — send us a description, sketch, or reference image. We respond with feasibility, materials options, and a firm quote — typically within one business day.
  2. CAD development — once you approve direction and quote, our team builds a full 3D model for your review. Revisions included until you're satisfied.
  3. Pre-production preview — a wax or 3D-print model is available for your customer to see and approve before we cast in metal. This eliminates surprises and builds confidence in the finished piece.
  4. Stone setting and finishing — if your customer is supplying a stone, we handle sizing, sourcing of any side stones, and setting.
  5. Delivery — insured shipping direct to your store.
