The process
- Discovery — we discuss your brief: design direction, target retail price, audience, metal and stone preferences, and quantity. Sketches or reference images welcome.
- CAD development — our team builds 3D models from your brief. You review, request changes, and sign off before anything goes to production.
- Physical sample — we produce a sample in your specified metal and stones for final approval. No production run starts without your sign-off.
- Production — full run manufactured to your approved specification. Certifications available on qualifying pieces.
Terms at a glance
- MOQ: typically 5–10 units per design, depending on complexity
- Lead time: 4–8 weeks from approved CAD to delivered production run
- Stones: we source diamonds, pearls, and gemstones to spec via our 40+ year supply network
- Exclusivity: your designs are yours — we do not sell private-label work to other buyers
- Certifications: GIA or IGI grading reports available on center stones upon request
